N.A Poe Arrested at Smokedown Prohibition In Philadelphia

Just moments ago I received word from a friend at the protest that police have disrupted the gathering and have arrested a number of activists, including Adam Kokesh and organizer N.A Poe. 

Mark Passio, host of the “What on Earth is Happening”  podcast and primary organizer of the “Free Your Mind Conference” was also handcuffed and temporarily detained by police, simply for passing out informational flyers to those who were interested, he was not in possession of any drugs, nor was he involved in the civil disobedience aspect of this event.  Yet he was still given a citation for handing out flyer’s in a public area.

N.A Poe is the organizer of the event, and Adam Kokesh has become a regular speaker and promoter, each of them lighting up with hundreds of other freedom seekers each month.  Every time so far there has been no police interference, but after getting national attention for their efforts on April 20th, they must have embarrassed the local government and police, resulting in this show of force today.

N.A Poe hosts a regular show called “The Panic Hour” and is a very active freedom fighter in the Philadelphia area.

Adam Kokesh has recently stirred up some controversy with the armed march on Washington DC that he is planning for the 4th of July.  In that protest he is risking up to 5 years in prison, and if this is any indication it looks like he is willing to put his money where his mouth is so to speak.

At today’s smokedown there were signs posted all around the perimeter, basically threatening anyone who had drugs on them with violence and kidnap.  Despite these threats, mass civil disobedience took place.  We will be posting more details on this situation and the other arrests as more details become available.

Adam Kokesh of AdamVsTheMan has been taken captive NOT by the Philly Police but by Federal PARK POLICE. I just spoke with a woman in the Park Police (215-597-7077) who spoke with her supervisor for me.
Her supervisor said that the Park Police have taken him to 401 NORTH 21st Street which is the 9th District. They do NOT have Positive ID on him right now and if they can’t get positive ID within the next 30-45 minutes they will be taking him to a near by FEDERAL DETENTION Center.
I was told that if people go to that location they MIGHT be able to help get him out (possibly by ID’ing him.. IDK)

If you are on the ground up there you need to SURROUND that building IMMEDIATELY.

National Scout Jamboree 2013

I want the good people in government to feel confident in maintaining accountability over one another. As an Eagle scout myself, I want the scouts to have a great jamboree.

FEMA JULY DRILL

I have been on the phone with two reliable sources connected with military and a well known private investigative network. The military source decided to come forward because of the Boston bombing and the evidence that it was staged by the FBI.  The source provided information regarding a July FEMA mass casualty terror drill that has been kept a secret from the public. As I’ve previously said, it is not the announced FEMA/DHS/FBI terror drills that concern me, it is the unannounced drills that go live like Boston that concern me because real people can and do die. The source indicated that we need to scrutinize the National Scout Jamboree 2013 for a possible mass government staged false flag attack. 

The leaders of the event are changing the location of the event for the first time in 30 years. Governor Earl Ray Tomblin of West Virginia has signed an executive order giving DHS, FEMA, and the national guard martial law police power over the event. “Thousands” of national guard soldiers will be there.

Governor “Tomblin said he expects several thousand National Guard from West Virginia and across the country on the ground during the Jamboree “in case of an attack … or health crisis.”” There will be 50,000 scouts there with their families. The source provided notes from a government source that FEMA is preparing an unannounced disease outbreak drill caused by conventional and unconventional terrorism in July with 4:1 ratio of mental and “sick” and believes this drill could be held at the Jamboree. Unconventional terrorism is chemical and germ weapons. There will be kill and wounded family members involving sociogenic illness which means that a medical condition will be shared by a mass of people. They will have multiple unexplained physical symptoms. There will be no clear start or stop to the event that will be long term inciting panic and mistrust of public officials. Being at this reserve, the scouts would be in the perfect location to rationalize a quarantine. Rioting/”breaking quarantine”, “noncompliance with vaccination and medical orders” as well as “resisting travel restrictions” are addressed in this powerpoint by the man named as the FEMA expert Steven M. Crimando overseeing the drill scenario If you look at his bio slide, he was a responder to both terrorist attacks on the WTC 1993 and 9/11 and Anthrax threat. In other words, this man is an expert in what would be the 9/11 scale of bio/chemical terrorist attacks.

WHO IS BECHTEL?

But this is not all. We need to compare the old long standing location of the National Scout jamboree to the new one, but first I wanted to know about who owns the new location. The previous location for the last 30 years is Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia, an active military base near D.C. I would like to know who made the decision to change the location and why. The new location is The Summit: Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve. Who is the Bechtel family? Google: “Bechtel corruption” They’re bad. Think of it this way: If the Rothschilds are the bankers of global government, Bechtel = the engineering company of global government. Remember the company that provided the poisonous mobile homes at Katrina? Think Bechtel. They have had construction contracts all over the Middle East = war profiteering. Remember all that waste in rebuilding after the first Iraq war? Think Bechtel. $680 for just a year and a half of work at the beginning of the war that blossomed into billions for them even though their works was a failure over and over. I did a search at usaspending.gov for the recipient “Bechtel” from and got back $53,760,324,263 in awarded contracts between 1999 and now. These are also the bastards that privatized Bolivia’s water supply raising the cost of water %50. After they were kicked out of the country due to the people rioting, Bechtel sued them for $50 million and received 30 cents because of international pressure. Remember the story about the corporation who first made the collection of rain water illegal? Think Bechtel. They play both sides of the isle giving to Obama and Romney in true globalist fashion. Who is their favorite politician of all? Diane Feinstein (Mrs. disarm America and defend Obama on Benghazi). In sum, if you were evil and you wanted to sponsor a terrorist event on your property because that is who you are? Think Bechtel.

NEW VS. OLD JAMBOREE LOCATION

National Scout Jamboree 2013 disaster threat analysis of old site. Below  is the location of the jamboree for the past 30 years. It is an active army base. So, in the event of a terrorist attack at the jamboree with 50,000 scouts, you would be in an ideal location, because you would have all the military defense capabilities with the emergency response such as hazmat for chemical attack. You can bring supplies right to the front door of the location on trucks at highway speeds. You can get in and out easily of the location if you need to evacuate. You have complete communication with the rest of the world. If you’re there you have a cell phone signal everywhere you go to call for an emergency or stay in contact with your family. This is the old location of the jamboree for the past 30 years.

There are towns to the northwest with the highway. The events are spread across the reserve of mountainous terrain. If there is an emergency near the summit, how are you going to see the people? Look at the tree cover of the new location. Notice they had to draw the road on the map because you cannot see the road from the sky due to tree cover. There is one road up to the summit and down. However, there are supposed to be numerous helicopter pads. The road is a likely narrow and as you can see curving. It will not be highway quality as in the case of Fort A.P. Hill base. You could not cover that with many emergency vehicles easily even if you had them on hand as you would be able to on a military base. Also if you are the one stuck up on the summit needing help, how do you know you’ll have a cell phone signal to call for help? It’s clear that you will not have the resources you would at the Fort A.P. Hill base. It’s much less secure and unguarded if someone wanted to enter the camp from any direction. The trees would hide them on their way in and out.

Here is a picture of the interactive map from the jamboree website so you get a feel for the terrain and how spread out the activities are. If there were a disaster or terrorist attack as their Governor Tomblin has suggested, it would be a nightmare trying to help these people. Do you see the roads on the interactive map to the various locations? Neither do I. 50,000 scouts. It’s a recipe for disaster. I’m an Eagle scout and I know what scouts are like. Setting aside all terrorism, there are so many safety reasons why you would, for the past thirty years, put the jamboree on a military base and not on some reserve such as this.

This destructive plan is rapidly moving forward with little publicity, and FEMA cleverly scheduled its three public meetings for mid and late May while UC Berkeley students were in finals or gone for the summer.

UC Berkeley has applied for the grant to destroy the bucolic Strawberry and Claremont Canyon areas, claiming that the trees pose a fire hazard. The school has no plans to replant, and instead will cover 20% of the area in wood chips two feet deep. And it will pour between 700 and 1400 gallons of herbicide to prevent re-sprouting, including the highly toxic herbicide, Roundup. People are mobilizing against this outrageous proposal, which UC Berkeley has done its best to keep secret.

When I heard this week that the federal government would be funding the clear-cutting of 85,000 beautiful Berkeley and Oakland trees, including 22,000 in historic Strawberry and Claremont Canyon, my initial reaction was disbelief. I then wondered how the feds have money for this destructive project while Head Start and public housing programs are being cut due to the sequester.

The trees in Strawberry and Claremont Canyon have been there for decades and hardly constitute a “hazard.” But pouring 1400 gallons of herbicide on the currently pristine hills will create a real hazard, and UC Berkeley even plans to use the highly toxic herbicide “Roundup” to squelch the return of non-native vegetation.

This is a true horror story that will happen absent public opposition. I know that many will find it hard to believe that this could occur in the pro-environment San Francisco Bay Area, but UC Berkeley may be counting on this attitude to get all the approvals they need before people find out the truth.

Please read “Death of a Million Trees,” which provides all of the facts, figures and background about the Strawberry and Claremont Canyon proposed clear cutting as well as the tree destruction plans for the East Bay. The last public hearing will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013, 10 AM – 12 PM, at Claremont Middle School, 5750 College Avenue in Oakland.

The public has until June 17 to submit written comments on the project. You can do so through the East Bay Hills hazardous fire risk reduction project website, or via email.

There are countless destructive attacks on the environment that Bay Area activists cannot impact. But this is occurring in our own backyard, and activists must make sure that this cannot happen here.

Holmes is one of several Porton Down scientists who have died under questionable circumstances. The death in November 2001 of Vladimir Pasechnik was ruled to be a stroke, although co workers stated that Pasechnik was in good health. Vladimir Pasechnik was a Russian defector who first alerted the West to the extensive clandestine research into biological warfare taking place within the Soviet Union.

His death was, oddly, belatedly announced by Dr. Christopher Davis of Virginia. Davis was the member of British intelligence who de-briefed Dr. Pasechnik at the time of his defection. The announcement of Pasechnik’s death did not come in England until a month after he died. Interestingly, Pasechnik was also debriefed by a Dr. David Kelly, head of microbiology at Porton Down, which is England’s top secret chemical, biological and nuclear laboratory.

Dr. David Kelly, whose body was also found in the woods, had been invited to take the position of chief microbiologist at Porton Down in 1986. Later, he worked extensively with Dr. Wouter Basson of South Africa’s clandestine Project Coast. Basson was known to be working on a “black’s only” bioweapon. When South Africa’s apartheid government fell, Basson was subsequently charged with an assortment of crimes, including murder. He skated on all the charges and is now a successful cardiologist in Durbanville, South Africa.

Another scientist who collaborated with Kelly and Basson, Dr. Larry Ford of Irvine, California died in 2001 of a shotgun blast that was ruled a suicide. Police found guns, ammunition and explosives when they dug up his yard. Cholera, botulinum, salmonella and typhoid were also located in vials in his refrigerator. All told, 266 bottles and vials of lethal toxins were found in the Ford home.

The CIA declined to comment on Ford’s intelligence connections.

Dr. Kelly’s death in 2004—in the same woods that were to later claim the body of Dr. Richard Holmes—sent shock waves through the clandestine scientific community. Kelly reportedly died after slashing his wrists and consuming a cocktail of painkillers . His death was subsequently ruled a suicide.

 However, according to the mainstream publication the Daily Mail, thirteen respected doctors declared that it was medically impossible for Dr. Kelly to have died in this manner.

Andrew Gilligan, a reporter for BBC, claimed that Kelly had recently given him and other reporters information that proved the government had exaggerated the Iraqi danger in its “dossier” in order to justify the war against Iraq. Kelly was also reported to be writing a “tell-all” book.

The Daily Mail also reported that “at 8am, half an hour before Dr. Kelly’s body was discovered under the tree, three officers in dark suits from MI5′s Technical Assessment Unit were at his house. The computers and the hard-disk containing the 40,000 words of the explosive book were carried away. They have never been seen since. “

In 2004, Kelly’s replacement as the chief scientist for chemical and biological defense at the Ministry of Defense’s laboratory at Porton Down, Dr. Paul Norman, died when the plane he was piloting crashed near Devon.

The Wiltshire coroner’s office stated this week that Dr. Holmes’ coroner’s inquest will take place shortly. Dr. Holmes had recently left his employment at Porton Down before his fateful walk in the woods. It is unclear why he resigned. Within a month after leaving Porton Down, he was dead.

It’s now coming down to the wire as TSA employees are even ready to opt out (of their jobs), fearing that they might be getting sick from radiation released from the body scanners at airports.

While there have even been “Opt Out” campaigns organized in protest of such police state technologies by concerned passengers and citizens, this TSA bobble could usher in new class-action lawsuits by airport employees and TSA staff.

However, this likely will not change the mentality of the federal government and how they treat traveling US citizens. As one thing is for sure, now there is now a new passenger underclass.

In fact, Christopher Elliot wrote, “The TSA likes to talk about the “haves” — the elite-level frequent fliers, the soldiers in uniform, the crew-members, who can now almost always bypass the scanners, the shoe-removal and the pat-downs, and get to the gate quickly. It’s received a lot of positive coverage from an unskeptical mainstream media about those programs.

It doesn’t really say much about the “have-nots” — the passengers with medical conditions and implants that set off the magnetometers, the folks who don’t fly frequently enough to be part of the Pre-Check club and yeah, the opt-outs.

Actually, opt-outs are arguably the biggest segment of the new passenger underclass. The TSA doesn’t release statistics on air travelers who refuse a full-body scan, but anecdotal evidence suggests their numbers are large and growing.”

To say the least, the way TSA is treating US citizens now is disturbing. Apparently we have entered a Nazi style fascist dictatorship in America, and have already crossed the point of no return.

This last time I traveled I had to take 8 flights in the course of a week period. For the most part, I had your typical TSA experience. You know, the one where I always opt out, and they do a complete pat-down. Although I have to say, you can tell that TSA agents do not like it when a slave (citizen) opts out, as it causes them extra work.

As a matter of fact, the last time I opted out was in the Denver International Airport (DIA) last week. The TSA agent that was going to conduct the full pat-down said to me, “What, are you afraid to go through a magnetic scanner?”

I replied, “Don’t even try it Bro, I know too much about this technology”.

The TSA agent followed up by mumbling something under his tongue, demonstrating that there is indeed a new slave class in America.

The TSA agent didn’t want to hear it, but I told him anyway that he was being poisoned by radiation. He continued to treat me like a slave.

However he had better wake up as, “There have been complaints of radiation exposure-related illness made by Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) to the union”, a TSA official said in a report with KTLA5 news.

The report went on to read, “In addition to health concerns, many passengers had complained that the old body X-ray scanners were a little too revealing.

The TSA says that the new millimeter-wave scanners can not only catch the bad guys better, but the radiation emitted is well below safety standards.

So what can you expect? Ticket holders still have to “assume the position” like the old back-scatter machines.

The new machines don’t use X-ray, but rather radio-frequency waves that are considered safer.

The union for TSA workers says there is something called a dosimeter badge that measures radiation exposure, but they are not commonly used.

Right now, the government is holding a 90-day commenting period for the public to weigh in on the new scanners.”

What all of this demonstrates is that yes the federal government is poisoning us in more ways than we know, all the while, conditioning us.

The quake struck at 2:48 pm (05:48 GMT) in the Pacific Ocean, approximately 50km (31 miles) from land. The United States Geological Survey recorded the earthquake as being of magnitude 6.1, with a depth of 33km (20.5 miles).

No tsunami warning has been issued, despite the offshore quake’s close proximity to Fukushima prefecture, where the magnitude 9.0 quake in March 2011 instigated the Tsunami, which led to the deaths of at least 16,000 people and nuclear meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi plant.

Tokyo Electric Power Co.’s two nuclear plants in the prefecture reported no immediate irregularities as a result of the quake, according to the local Kyodo news agency.

Miyagi prefecture, further north, suffered the strongest impact from the quake. No information has been released on potential injuries. However, its Onagawa nuclear plant also recorded no irregularities, according to its operator Tohoku Electric Power Co.

“We have received no reports of damage so far,” an official from Fukushima prefecture told AFP.

3D Printed Gun

This month, an organization called Defense Distributed discovered how to “print” a plastic pistol that really shoots. Defense Distributed, which is dedicated to preserving the right to keep and bear arms, used a 3-D printer to read a real pistol’s electronic blueprint and print out a plastic version. On its website, company officials made the blueprint of its pistol, “Liberator,” available for download along with blueprints for various parts of other types of guns. 

On May 8, however, the U.S. Department of State demanded that Defense Distributed cease publishing gun blueprints on the company’s website. The State Department alleged the blueprints, which already have 100,000 downloads, may violate the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which restrict export of weapons information. So far, Defense Distributed has obeyed the State Department’s demand. 

Pandora’s box has already been opened. 

First, Defense Distributed discovered how to make guns available to everyone in the world. Using photocopiers or computers, people have been able to copy books, MP3 files, computer software, and other items without limit. Now, using 3-D printers, people can copy guns without limit. The neologism for such items is “non-scarce goods.” Jeffrey Tucker and Stephan Kinsella define these as “[things] in demand that can be replicated without limit…with no additional copy having displaced the previous copy and with no degradation in the quality of the copied good from the original good…I can have one, you can have one, and we can all have one.” Non-scarce goods are likely to hasten an age of abundance.

Second, Defense Distributed’s printed gun shows that the right to keep and bear arms can overlap with freedom of the press. The Second Amendment protects “the right of the people to keep and bear arms,” which is an individual right. The First Amendment protects “freedom of …the press.” Based on UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh’s landmark research on press freedom, I’ve argued before that “the press” was meant to refer to any communications technology, such as today’s office printers or blogs. 

Contrary to conventional wisdom, the founders did not understand “the press” to be one discrete set of people, like the mainstream media, bloggers, or even pamphleteers. Press freedom belongs to the average Jane as much as to any reporter. As people can use 3-D printers for a variety of purposes, including the printing of signs and the publication and replication of art, the First Amendment surely protects the product of 3-D printers. Thus, the First and Second Amendments protect the printing of guns. 

Printed guns show the folly of such gun-control laws as universal background checks on potential gun buyers, because anyone can now print guns at home. As Defense Distributed notes, any attempts to rid society of guns “will [now] require tyranny.” By invoking ITAR, the State Department is preventing Defense Distributed from publishing gun blueprints. However, as printed gun specs are non-scarce goods that the First and Second Amendments protect, any American could still have, to paraphrase rapper M.I.A., “more guns than the KGB.”

Cathy O’Brien and Mark Phillips

Cathleen Ann O’Brien (born December 4, 1957, Muskegon, Michigan) is an American who claims to be a victim of Project MKULTRA, a program funded by the Central Intelligence Agency to research the use of drugs for intelligence purposes.O’Brien made these claims in Trance Formation of America (1995) and Access Denied: For Reasons of National Security (2004) which she co-authored with her husband Mark Phillips. O’Brien is one of many people publicly claiming to have survived “CIA mind control” programs.

The memories that O’Brien has asserted she possesses were retrieved through the use of hypnosis. The specific program which she claimed was responsible for her dissociative identity disorder, Project Monarch, is not mentioned in reviews of MKULTRA, its alleged parent program. Because most MKULTRA records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 by order of then CIA Director Richard Helms, it has been difficult, if not impossible, for investigators to gain a complete understanding of the more than 150 individually funded research sub-projects sponsored by MKULTRA and related CIA programs.

O’Brien also claims to have a recollection of child abuse – of her and her daughter – by international pedophile rings, drug barons and satanists, as part of a sex slave aspect to her ‘trauma based mind control programming’. Individuals from United States, Canadian, Mexican and Saudi Arabian government officials, to stars of the Country and Western music scene are among those she accuses of these crimes.

A University of Alabama archaeology report commissioned by the city found that the site was historically significant as the largest of several ancient stone and earthen mounds throughout the Choccolocco Valley. But Oxford Mayor Leon Smith — whose campaign has financial connections to firms involved in the $2.6 million no-bid project — insists the mound is not man-made and was used only to “send smoke signals.”

“The City of Oxford and its archaeological advisers have completed a review and evaluation of a stone mound that was identified near Boiling Springs, Calhoun County, Alabama, and have concluded that the mound is the result of natural phenomena and does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Natural [sic] Register of Historic Places,” according to a news release Smith issued last week.

In fact, the report does not conclude the mound is a result of “natural phenomena” but says very clearly it is of “cultural origin.” And while the University’s Office of Archaeological Research does not believe the site qualifies for the National Register of Historic Places, the Alabama Historical Commission disagrees, noting that the structure meets at least three criteria for inclusion: its “association with a broad pattern of history,” architecture “embodying distinctive characteristics,” and for the information it might yield to scholars.

The site is also significant to Native Americans. The Woodland and Mississippian cultures that inhabited the Southeast and Midwest before Europeans arrived constructed and used these mounds for various rituals, which may have included funerals. There are concerns that human remains may be present at the site, though none have been found yet.

United South and Eastern Tribes, a nonprofit coalition of 25 federally recognized tribes from Maine to Texas, passed a resolution in 2007 calling for the preservation of such structures, which it calls “prayer in stone.” Native Americans have held protests against the mound’s demolition, and last week someone altered a sign for the Leon Smith Parkway that runs past the development to read “Indian Mound Pkwy.”

A local resident named Johnny Rollins told the Anniston Star how his Native American grandmother taught him that when she died he could “go to that mountain” to talk to her:

“It seems like it’s taking part of you away,” he said of the demolition. “I always felt I had ties to that there.”

Since the media began reporting on the site’s demolition, city officials have revised their story and are now claiming that dirt from the mound is not being used as fill, despite earlier statements to the contrary. But eyewitnesses say they have seen workers hauling dirt from the mound to the Sam’s Club development.

“I mean really, I went there, saw the giant trucks deliver the earth straight from the mound to the construction site, and I still can’t believe what they are doing,” writes the seventh-generation Alabamian behind the blog Deep Fried Kudzu. She shared the photo above showing roads for construction vehicles now cut to the top of the mound and has other photos and her story of visiting the site at the website.

‘More prettier’ than an Indian mound

Deepening the development’s controversy is how the contracting has been handled. The force behind the project is Oxford’s Commercial Development Authority, a public board that uses taxpayer money to lure businesses to the area. The CDA owns the land where the mound is located.

Alabama law exempts CDAs from bid requirements, which means contracts can go to whomever the board chooses. A recent Anniston Star investigative series about the CDA  revealed among other things that the group has awarded nearly $9 million in contracts since 1994 but has taken bids for none of them.

The newspaper also detailed the financial ties between the CDA, firms it does business with, and Mayor Smith’s political campaign.

For example, the $2.6 million contract for preparing the Sam’s Club site went to Oxford-based Taylor Corp., with the money for that coming in part from the sale of city property to Georgia-based developers Abernathy and Timberlake. Taylor Corp. owner Tommy Taylor, who has received thousands of dollars in city contracts for non-CDA work, donated $1,000 to Smith in 2004 and $1,000 in 2008, while Abernathy and Timberlake donated $1,000 to Smith’s re-election campaign in 2004, the paper reports.

The Anniston Star also found that the CDA paid engineering firm Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood of Montgomery, Ala. $45,000 in engineering contracts for the Sam’s Club project, with part of that money paying for the archaeological study. The firm contributed $500 to Smith in 2004.

An Alabama Ethics Commission official said the relationships could violate state law “depending on facts,” but the mayor said he’s done nothing wrong.

Meanwhile, the controversy over the damaged mound’s fate rages on. After getting an earful from alarmed preservationists, Alabama Gov. Bob Riley (R) forwarded their concerns to the state Historical Commission — but said his office has no intention of getting involved. According to the National Institute on Money in State Politics, Tommy Taylor contributed $1,000 to Riley’s 2006 gubernatorial campaign, while Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood contributed $1,500.

For now, it appears Oxford officials are pressing ahead with the project. As Mayor Smith said in its defense, “What it’s going to be is more prettier than it is today.”
